We are strong advocates of privacy on the Internet, and so our mobile app privacy policy is simple: We don't collect any personal information in the application that is forwarded to us. Information you supply to the application (for example time zone or GPS location used in aviation-related calculations) is stored locally on your device only, and not sent to us in any form. We do not store on our own systems any individual's personal information; any data collected as part of the purchase of the application is stored in Google Play and never saved on our local hardware, nor used for any other purpose such as marketing. You will never receive any emails sent from us just because you purchased our application. DeLoach.aero built the DSSCalc mobile application as a commercial application and is intended for use as-is.
The app does use some Android services to simplify data entry if available on your device and Google publishes its own services policy here:
Log Data
In case of an error in the application Google Play collects log data related to the crash and makes it available to us to help solve the problem. Log data is used solely to determine what caused the crash so that we can fix the problem, and for no other purpose.
Cookies
The application does not create or use Cookies.

The application contains no links to third party sites.
Children's Privacy
The application is written for licensed pilots and as such targets only adults. In any case since no information is sent to us for anyone of any age by the application, users of all ages are protected.
